:
- To oversee the lab work of the department (Hematology, Biochemistry, Multidiscipline)
- Verify and validate all test results. Be able to identify and pick up discrepancies and perform the necessary corrective actions.
- Provide clinicians with timely, quality accurate, and reliable test results.
- Ensure proper documentation for traceability and adherence to good documentation practices.
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform technical assignments and testing
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Science / Biotechnology/ Medical Technology
- Meticulous, responsible, and ethical.
- The ability to communicate in vernacular languages is an asset.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess good personal relationships and communication skills.
- Must have initiative and be able to work well in a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to start immediately or on short notice will be highly advantageous
