Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Cisco products and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including monitoring and analyzing network performance, identifying and addressing network vulnerabilities, and recommending network upgrades and improvements.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure network integration with other systems and applications.
• Plan and implement network maintenance and upgrades, including software and hardware updates, patches, and security protocols.
• Implement and maintain network security policies and procedures, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, and VPNs.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours.
  

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Freshgraduate or 1+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Cisco certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and OSPF.
• Familiarity with network security concepts, such as VPNs, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, or Cisco Prime.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
