Key Responsibilities
General administration and office support for daily operations.
Coordinate and liaise with clients and corporate partners.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentation slides for client meetings.
Assist in processing claims and policy servicing documentation.
Maintain and update client records and filing systems.
Support event preparation (corporate wellness events, client engagement, recruitment drives).
Handle basic finance/admin duties such as expense tracking and reimbursements.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration or related fields.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication skills (written & spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Team player with a positive attitude.
Prior experience in financial/insurance industry admin will be an advantage.
