Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join the back-office operations team in our busy Orchard Road office.

Working hours are fixed at 1pm and 10pm, but occasionally it may be necessary to work morning or night shifts. Medical insurance and usual benefits provided, with salary dependent on experience (if applicable) and subsequent performance.

Primary responsibilities:

- Writing up of deal tickets

- Posting of trades onto Exchanges; ensuring accuracy and proper settlement of trades

- Resolving discrepancies and/or disputes, where necessary

- Recording of deals into deal sheet

- Checking and sending of trade confirmations

- Sending of daily reports

Perform trade-related duties as specified by brokers

Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager and Finance Manager.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong attention to detail

Able to multi-task and work effectively in a team or alone

Good communication and people skills

Eager to learn and adapt to circumstances/situations

Excellent Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge

Experience in relevant industry is a plus, but not necessary
