About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically minded

Junior Pre-Sales Engineer

to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience who are passionate about technology and eager to bridge the gap between technical engineering and commercial sales.

In this role, you will be the "technical architect" behind our sales efforts. You won't just talk about solutions; you will build them in our labs, stress-test them, and demonstrate their value to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lab Environment Management:

Take ownership of the technical lab environment, ensuring all hardware/software is configured, updated, and operationally ready. Simulate customer network/system environments to test product interoperability and performance before client presentations.

Demonstration & Proof of Concept (POC):

Design, tune, and customize lab scenarios to showcase specific product features that address customer pain points. Conduct technical demonstrations for prospective clients, translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value. Assist in executing Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solutions in real-world scenarios.

Sales Technical Support:

Partner with Sales Managers to provide technical expertise during client meetings and discovery calls. Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, tender responses (RFPs/RFQs), and solution diagrams. Act as a trusted technical advisor, troubleshooting queries and overcoming technical objections during the sales cycle.
Requirements

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Prior internship experience in network engineering, system administration, or technical support is a plus.

Technical Aptitude:

Basic understanding of Servers, Operating Systems, Virtualization. Hands-on interest in setting up hardware, configuring servers, or scripting is highly valued.

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
