Role Purpose(s)

Application development, enhancement, maintenance and support for next generation Tuas Terminal Operating System (GTOS+2.0).

Key Accountabilities

Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirement specifications. Manage and support the Software Development Life Cycle ("SDLC") of assigned project(s) from initialization to closure. Work closely with vendors to ensure successful software system delivery and technical feasibility. Conduct System Integration Testing ("SIT"), User Acceptance Testing ("UAT") and System Implementation and Deployment. Ensure technical solution supports the business requirements. Perform system troubleshooting

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Provide 24x7 system support in a team-based setting.*
Willing to travel down to data centres and endpoint deployment sites when needed to support troubleshooting and remediation of issues Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management to support departmental goals and business needs.

Education Requirements

Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent*

Working Experience Requirements

At least

2 years of experience in the related field*

Skills Required

Must-have skills

Proficient in programming (JAVA / C / C++)*
Oracle / SQL*
Hands on experience in frameworks like Angular, Spring Boot; Cloud Foundry or similar cloud technology*
Proficiency in Agile Methodologies*
Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration (CI)*

Preferable skills

Docker, Kubernetes*
Azure Integration/Delivery*
