Do you enjoy taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion?We are an e-commerce focused web design and development agency looking for a Junior Project Executive to join our team. As a Junior Project Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our agency\xe2\x80\x99s operations to deliver top-tier design and development work and build long-term partnerships with our clients. As part of our team, you would be involved in several projects across different industries, and be responsible for helping our designers and developers stay on track for the day-to-day tasks. This role is solely focussed on servicing our existing retainer clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the Senior Project Manager and other team members to ensure that client projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Attend client meetings and do what it takes to ensure that project timelines are on track (e.g., setting agendas, taking notes, following-up on action items)
• Identify potential project risks and collaborate with other team members in developing contingency plans to mitigate them
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure that project requirements are being met and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Communicate project status updates to clients and team members
• Being proactive in ensuring client requests are attended to

Requirements

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Singaporean or PR
• Fresh graduates from polytechnic and university welcome to apply
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Reliable and strong sense of ownership
• Conscientious and accountable for tasks given
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High client- and customer-service orientation
• Basic grasp of project management / collaboration tools, such as Asana and Slack
• Familiarity with e-commerce, Shopify, and front-end development is a plus, but not necessary \xe2\x80\x93 we also value willingness and quickness to learn
