Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Responsibilities:

• Prepare plans, documents, and bills of quantities for supplier quotations and pricing analysis in the Fire Protection industry.
• Source, compile, and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements.
• Conduct detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation for M&E/Fire Protection projects.
• Manage tenders, including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.
• Prepare and submit tender documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for Fire Protection projects.

xf0x9fx8exaf Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in quotations, tenders, or cost estimation (experience in M&E/Fire Protection is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and tender portals.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
