About the Department

Since 2009, i.Poise Design has been providing personalised design and renovation services to its clients. The Administration team strives to uphold the foundations of the company by providing clerical support to its management and designers for day-to-day operations to run smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

As a Administrative Executive in the Administration team, you will be groomed and eventually expected to be responsible for all aspects of the assigned project's quotations. These include the liaison of contractors/vendors and business partner's prices, drafting of quotations and issuance of invoices to clients.

Maintaining/creating admin documents using Microsoft Excel Filing and maintaining office documents Handling mails and emails Liaising with contractor/vendors and business partners on their pricings Liaise with Interior Designers and Project Managers for quotation and other administrative matters Receiving phone calls, take messages, and routing correspondence Any other administrative matters

Job Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years in the interior design industry Singaporeans only Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is a must (To liaise with Mandarin speaking associates) Able to resolve issues independently Candidate must possess at least a NiTEC/Polytechnic Diploma in any field. (Education background in Interior Design or related fields is a plus point) Good in calculation (For quotations) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, other Microsoft Office programs and in PDF Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying
