About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Junior Recruitment Assistant

to provide operational and administrative support for client programs. This is a new, entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about Human Resource Management, Recruitment or Talent Acquistion. You'll assist with candidate management, recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR administration.

Responsibilities that matters

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various platforms. Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication. Maintain recruitment trackers and compile hiring reports. Contribute to internal process improvements for hiring, onboarding, and people workflows. Participate in brainstorming sessions and projects to improve the candidate/employee experience. Be the right hand to the Recruitment Management Team - proactive, adaptable, and reliable.

What It Takes to Catch Our Eye

Diploma in any discipline; candidates with prior admin experience. A curious mind and genuine interest in HR, people, and hiring. Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset. Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and documentation skills. Comfortable working with Excel, Google Workspace, Canva, and LinkedIn. Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
