Provide essential support to Senior Relationship Managers (RMs) to enhance client relationships, optimize engagement, and deliver tailored solutions. • Assisting RMs and the team in maintaining client relationships, improve client engagement and deliver needs-based solutions and fair outcomes for customers.
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers on daily maintenance of account relationships, including investment account onboarding and provide asset advice.
• Working closely with senior RMs, product specialists and subject matter experts to customized solutions that meet clients\' unique needs.
• Prepare appropriate analysis, proposals and presentations to prospective customers.
• Other duties assigned.

Experience Requirements :

• University Bachelor/ Master degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economic or any other related discipline
• CACS Certifications 1 & 2 is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience n the banking industry.
• Outgoing and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Chinese language is needed to liaise with chinese clients.
