Junior Sales Executive / Sales Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:





Client Engagement & Sales Support:



Partner with the Sales Manager during client-facing interactions, including pitches, meetings, and sales calls (in-person and virtual). Document client discussions and synthesize key insights, including business needs, critical challenges, and potential objections. Assist in preparing and organizing sales collateral and presentation materials for client meetings. Participate in post-meeting debriefs to discuss strategy, client feedback, and next steps. Co-present segments of the sales pitch, building confidence and skills with the support of the Sales Manager.



Proposal & Document Creation:



Draft, write, and format compelling and professional sales proposals, quotes, and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses. Customize proposal content to address the specific requirements and challenges of each prospective client. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, marketing, finance) to gather accurate information and pricing for proposals. Ensure all proposals are visually appealing, error-free, and delivered to clients within agreed-upon deadlines. Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base of past proposals, case studies, and boilerplate content to streamline future proposal development.



Sales Administration & Follow-up:



Assist with data entry and management of client interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Help with initial lead qualification and research on prospective clients. * Coordinate post-meeting follow-ups, including scheduling and distributing detailed summaries, to maintain sales momentum.
