Interior DesignerWorking Days & Hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am - 6PM) able to work OTSalary: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per monthWorking Location: AMK Industrial Park, SGResponsibilities:

• Able to execute full set drawings for submissions to customers and building management etc (3D Visuals, Detailed elevation, Layout plan, Ceiling plan, M&E plan, material board submission and etc)
• Coordination work at site / with suppliers and customers
• To obtain quotation and sample from suppliers and sub-cons
• To meet timeline given

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop & Shop Drawing
• Experiences in Retail / Commercial and Residential interior designing

Junior Sales Interior DesignerWorking Days & Hours: Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm or 9am to 5pm, Sat 1-2 hour to visit site (alternate Saturday) if required.Salary Range: Basic $2,000 - $2,800 + incentive & performance bonus if can secure a project.Working Location: Singapore CentralJob Scopes:

• Provide space planning, design conceptualization, materials and color scheme specification based on client needs
• Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the Company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are attended to
• Training provided by company
• Site Coordination & manage project site when required

Requirements:

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, 3ds Max/Vray, Excel & Photoshop
