Location: Singapore

Experience Required: 1+ yr experience in relevant field

Responsibilities-

As our junior sales operations, you will be joining a unique market-leading Singapore company with a global culture and mindset. The responsibilities include building pitches and documents for the sales team, conducting research and analyzing data and overseeing various administrative tasks required to ensure our organisation reaches our sales goals.

Ultimately, you will work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales process throughout the year. Working with a wide range of businesses in the APAC region to promote the Cresco Data Platform and sell CrescoData services.

\xe2\x97\x8f Work with the MD and external agencies to help deliver the Content Marketing Plan

\xe2\x97\x8f Produce the monthly newsletter/support with blogs / social media content

\xe2\x97\x8f Assist with any other marketing brand activities

\xe2\x97\x8f Updating of the company internet FAQs

\xe2\x97\x8f Monitor the Google AdWords account

\xe2\x97\x8f Create a monthly report to demonstrate channel and MQL growth

\xe2\x97\x8f Update the sales CRM

\xe2\x97\x8f Support the sales team: research, create prospect lists, cold calling, database campaigns

\xe2\x97\x8f Assist with proposals and presentations

Skills and Qualifications-

We\'d like you to have the following skills:

\xe2\x97\x8f Excel / Powerpoint / MS Teams

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong attention to detail

\xe2\x97\x8f Analytical skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience updating intranet/websites

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team

\xe2\x97\x8f Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting

\xe2\x97\x8f Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred.

\xe2\x97\x8f Web & Analytics Tools (beneficial)

\xe2\x97\x8f WordPress (beneficial)

\xe2\x97\x8f Mail Chimp (beneficial)

\xe2\x97\x8f Design tools (beneficial)

\xe2\x97\x8f CRM experience (beneficial)

We are looking for someone who is-

\xe2\x97\x8f Confident, highly organized, flexible and a self-starter

\xe2\x97\x8f Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn

\xe2\x97\x8f Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with content creation a plus

\xe2\x97\x8f Good organisational skills, detail-oriented, creative problem-solving skills

\xe2\x97\x8f An interest in Tech & Digital is preferable

\xe2\x97\x8f Must be eligible to work in Singapore

\xe2\x97\x8f Prior experience in sales, e-commerce platforms, and creative agencies will be a bonus.
