What You'll Do
You'll support our Commercial Director and sales team to ensure partnerships, roadshows and orders run smoothly. Expect variety, ownership and plenty of real-world action.
Sales & Key Accounts Support
Follow up with key clients after deals are closed
Coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse, office and logistics teams
Support with price lists, invoices, quotes and product presentations
Help prepare for business meetings and respond to customer queries
Partnerships & Roadshows
Attend and manage weekend roadshows (when scheduled)
Liaise with partners and vendors for sampling events
Coordinate small-scale campaigns and B2B partnerships
E-commerce Support (as needed)
Help pack online orders when production team is engaged
Analyse our platform-related sales
Optimise online marketing measures including ad placement and ad spend
Assist with feedback collation and order processing tasks
Other Responsibilities
General admin and tracking of documents related to sales
Ad-hoc duties to support sales and BD operations
Who You Are
A fresh graduate or polytechnic diploma holder with up to 2 years of experience
Hungry to learn and eager to build a career in sales or business development
Excellent team player
Comfortable speaking to clients and partners
Independent, organised and responsive
Able to work some weekends (roadshows are occasional, not weekly)
Interested in wellness, health, fitness or nutrition is a big plus
