Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science. At least 2 - 4 years of relevant experience. Junior-level experience in any of the following roles - Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Management role. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, servant leadership, facilitation, and team empowerment. Experience or exposure to project management, business analysis, or product ownership in a technology or software development environment. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, SSM, or equivalent) is required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
