Requirements Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field {ossess good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills Windows Server and server virtualisation, or be Microsoft certified Less than 5 years of working experience will be consider for Junior IT Executive role.Key Responsibilities Manage network & systems, firewall and storage related issues of the company Provide end-user support for all PC/laptop hardware, applications, and services. Provide end-user support and training for hardware and software. Install, configure and provide technical support to workstations, software, communication services, network printing. Maintain and provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users. Perform system administration and maintenance tasks including data protection/backup and disaster recovery sites. Management of software maintenance/updates (window, etc.), virus protection and end point protection. Administer, support , configure and troubleshoot MS Office 365 for end users. Analyses corporate database, identifies data integrity issues, proposes and implements solutions.
