Job Description
Junior Service Engineer / Trainer
- 12 months contract role, with potential extension based on performance
- Work Location: Tuas (non-office environment)
- Monthly transportation allowance and shuttle service provided
- Support customers and channel engineers through technical and administrative activities
- Understand customers\' needs and concerns
- Understand how the company technology works and able to resolve basic issues
- Participate in ongoing trainings and escalations
- Monitor equipment and machinery performance and perform preventative maintenance measures
- Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment
- Write reports and present findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis
- Monitor inventory and reorder materials when needed
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Mechanical; Electrical)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages: English is a must and at least 1-2 more Asian languages to support customers across the region
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Must be handy in tools & measurement equipment
