Adecco is partnering with a Leading Logistics Provider, they are seeking for Junior Shipping Executive (Import) to join their business!The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a Leading Logistics Provider, and we are looking for a Junior Shipping Executive (Import) to join their business! Reporting to the Shipping Manager, should have experience with import documents and knowledge of Incoterm to support the team.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: East region, Oxley Bizhub (MRT: Macpherson, Tai Seng, Ubi)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm + Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Salary Package: up to $3,500 basic + AWS

The Job:

• Coordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, carriers)
• Liaise with Transporters and Consignees to coordinate the clearance and delivery of imports
• Monitoring and following up on Import shipment and checking shipment status regularly
• Understanding customs processes and procedures
• Processing shipments in EDI software
• Provide input into various internal and departmental for monthly report purposes

The Talent:

• With relevant experience (import knowledge)
• Knowledge of incoterms
• Knowledge of CW1
• Able to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent matters
