Oversee the overall kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow Ensure preparation of meal according by orders received Able to supervise cook and commis cook during meal preparation and cooking to ensure meeting Food safety and workplace safety standards Managing non halal - Kitchen Able to do Menu planning, event menu and know how to do food costing Check and ensure all documents are done correctly Plan staff roster

Requirements:

Min 3 years of cooking in Asian, western and local cuisine Experience in mass cooking is required #
