We are seeking for energetic individual with diverse discipline to be part of the success journey.\xc2\xb7 Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily tasks\xc2\xb7 Provide guidance and leading the chefs including but not limited to, line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating\xc2\xb7 Oversee and organize kitchen stock and ingredients\xc2\xb7 Keeps cooking stations well-stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours\xc2\xb7 Manage food and product ordering by keeping detailed records and minimize waste, plus work with existing systems to improve waste reduction and manage budgetary concerns\xc2\xb7 Supervise and assist in all food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and restaurant standards\xc2\xb7 Work with the head chef to maintain kitchen organization, staff ability, and training opportunities\xc2\xb7 Verify that food storage units all meet standards and are consistently well-managed\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with the restaurant management team on supply orders, budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffingRequirements:\xc2\xb7 At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience\xc2\xb7 Process Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene certificate\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge in Food and Beverage\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail\xc2\xb7 Must be able to work on shift roster (including Sat, Sun & PH)Application InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
