The role

As the Junior Stylist, you are responsible for bringing Love, Bonito\'s Product and Marketing vision to life through elevated wardrobe styling to inspire our community to express their unique style. Our mission is to tell our brand UVP, LB DNA and inspire our customers through the styling and creation of beautiful product imagery.

We are looking for an exceptional creative force who will play a pivotal role in the Styling department, in order to take our product representation to the next level. You will be responsible for styling all Editorial, Feature, Catalog and still life shoots, ensuring that all imagery produced is of the highest standard in accordance with our Brand\xe2\x80\x99s creative vision. Reporting to the Senior Fashion Stylist, this role will sit within the commercial team. You will work alongside, specifically, the design, marketing & creative team on delivering projects that support the wider department strategy.

You will be required to have a deep understanding of Love, Bonito\xe2\x80\x99s brand identity to apply it broadly across a number of mediums, on a global scale.

You will assist the Senior Fashion Stylist in bringing the company\'s product and marketing vision to life through styling. Your key responsibilities include supporting the styling strategy and vision research, coordinating models, preparing garments for photoshoots, styling outfits, and managing accessories that go with styling.

Your role is key to ensuring Love, Bonito\'s styling showcases products effectively and follows brand guidelines.

You should have / be

Main responsibilities

Visual Brand Experience

• Work on mainly e-commerce catalogue model shoots \xe2\x80\x93 product across category and include styling apparel, accessory & shoes.
• Create pre-style looks with impactful visual language with commercial logic for product catalogue
• Co develop monthly styling decks
• On set preparation work - including steaming, pinning and fitting clothes or products
• Provide technical styling support on set
• Equipped with strong, up-to-date knowledge of designers, brands and trends to contribute to the team\'s knowledge base
• Assist styling coordination on fit models for buying sessions
• Execute styled looks for marketing thematics
• Co create looks for marketing social assets
• Co direct make-up and hair
• Co source and cast models
• Sourcing styling inventory. Shoes, bags etc
• Filling in design attributes to reflect our product accurately on-site
• Ensure \'Shop The Look\' pairing styles SKUs are reflected correctly on styling decks & Love, Bonito\'s database

Business Operations

• Ensure appropriate handling of sample stock
• Maintain a level of tidiness and cleanliness on in studio
• Maintaining an organised archive of all accessories, jewellery
• Assist in maintaining workflow between the Production team and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring that collection launch lists, styling decks and samples are received on time for pre shoot preparations
• Responsible for all warehouse loans and management of samples
• Responsible for submitting models/HMUA invoice
• Responsible status updates on Love, bonito database

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant work experience in Styling, Fashion Design or Marketing
• International, overseas experience is a plus
• An impressive portfolio which demonstrates creative, thoughtful design through a variety of projects
• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design or relevant work experience
