The Payments, Real-time Data Service and Open Banking are comprised of teams: Payments, Real-time Data Services, Open Banking and Wholesale Banking. We work closely to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital services and operations.
Job Responsibilities
PEOPLE
\xc2\xb7 Maintain Perm, Temp and Vendor resource inventory.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure staff reflected correctly in GEMS, PPM, etc.
\xc2\xb7 Track Temp and Vendor expiry and renewals.
\xc2\xb7 Track On-boarding / Off boarding etc.
\xc2\xb7 Time-sheet assignment.
PROCUREMENT
\xc2\xb7 Track Memos, SOW, Procurement records.
\xc2\xb7 Track Vendor payment.
\xc2\xb7 Filling contract documents.
ADHOC REQUESTS
Coordinate info collection and submission (e.g. seating forecast, aging vendor payment, analytics, Budgeting, Performance Management, etc
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- A friendly demeanour and ability to excel in a team oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn and adapt towards procedural changes.
