- Experience: 2-5years PQE with a solid background in capital markets, gained at an international and/or leading Indian law firm.
- Qualifications: Admitted to practice law in India plus a US or UK LLM and bar qualification.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and familiarity with the Indian legal and regulatory landscape.
- Academic Excellence: Strong academic credentials are crucial, and transcripts will be reviewed during the selection process.
