The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers and a keen interest in cryptocurrency. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in treasury management within the crypto space.Responsibilities

• Cash Management: Assist in daily cash management activities, including monitoring of cash flow and ensuring adequate liquidity across wallets and accounts
• Transaction Processing: Support the processing of treasury-related transactions, including payments, transfers, and currency exchanges.
• Reconciliation: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of crypto and fiat accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing regular treasury reports, including cash position, forecast, and variance analysis.
• Risk Management: Support in identifying and managing financial risks related to currency fluctuations and liquidity.
• Compliance: Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ad-hoc Finance Projects: Support various ad-hoc finance projects as needed, including analysis, research, and process improvements.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing treasury policies, procedures, and tools to improve efficiency and control.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, accounting, and operations teams to support treasury-related initiatives and projects.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles; experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
• Basic understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and treasury operations.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and blockchain technology is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
