Job Description

We\'re seeking a creative-minded videographer and editor who is interested in creating Tiktok, IG, YouTube & Facebook content and also creating weekly content for brands and businesses. The ideal candidate is interested in learning every part of the creative process: generating ideas for a variety of formats, designing, shooting, editing and publishing. And the candidate should love to create different types of content all across different social media.

Responsibilities Candidates should also be proactive workers who are motivated and independent Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Create and develop visual content (video)

• Produce, shoot and edit videos in a studio or onsite location

• Research and pitch relevant content ideas for production

• Assist the team with pre-production work (i.e. storyboarding and creating/collaborating on production decks)

• Work closely with Content Creation Team and Project Management Team to assist with internal and external filming needs.

• Assist with file management, footage and assets organization

Skills Required: We understand that not everyone possesses all the skills. Some skills can be groomed/taught.

• Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects and Audition a plus)

• Basic photoshop and illustrator

• Ability to shape a story through editing

• Experience with camera handling

• Must be able to set up, light, and film independently

• Be comfortable in a studio/photoshoot environment.

• Able to handle DSLRs, lighting equipment, setting up c-stands, light stands, flags, etc.

• Interest in telling local stories, documentaries and explainers

• Detail oriented and organized

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic
