Job Description

As a contact center and unified communications for enterprise and contact centre telecommunications, the Developer is responsible for all technical requirements during project implementation. This involves scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and management to ensure project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:

Install and Maintain Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Solutions in contact center (CC) and unified communication (UC) settings. Conduct first level troubleshooting to resolve issues. Assist in case escalation to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining high quality standards. Ensure all the required project documentation is performed accordingly.

Requirements:

Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in IT or Professional Certification in related field. Understanding in VoIP, Contact Center and Unified Communication environment will be added advantage. Possess effective communication skills. Ability to manage project stakeholders.
