Junior Wedding Specialist (Entry Level)
- Operation Hours: 9am-6pm (Monday - Sunday)
- Working Hours Might Vary Based On Project\'s Schedule
- 44 Hours / Per Week, Require Work On Weekend
- Roster 2 Off Days On Weekdays
- Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Office Near to City Hall MRT, Singapore
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Entry level is welcome to apply, on the job training provided
- Willing to work weekends & Public Holidays
- Assist in wedding planning services: Sales, Coordination, Operation
- Create and develop marketing strategies and promotional materials
- Brainstorm design and conceptualizing ideas to fulfil clients\' requirement
- Attending to customer enquiries and meetings or appointments when required, manage multiple datelines and deliver under pressure
- Able to coordinate and communication with customer, venues and related vendors with confident telephone etiquette and professional email correspondent.
- Manage Sales enquires, issuing Sales Tax Invoice to clients
- Assist the team of Wedding Specialist
- Other ad-hoc related work which assigned by the management, from time to time.
- Assist to organize marketing campaigns, related workshops
- Proactively handle any impromptu situation and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
