Work location: 5min walk from City Square Mall at Little India Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm (to expect 1hr OT a day)

Job Scope
  • Responsible for the preparation of Accounting, Financial Statements, and Taxation filing for clients.
  • Responsible for preparing Incorporation, Resolutions for Directors\xe2\x80\x99 meetings, and other corporate secretarial documents as necessary for clients.
  • Responsible for coordinating the requirements and procedures for application or renewal of Working Visas for clients.
  • Ensuring proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia, or the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore.
  • Handle and manage a portfolio of Singapore, Malaysia, and International clients.
  • Task management and time management proficiency for both self and teammates to ensure on time delivery of scheduled and required work done for clients.
  • Good communication skills and rapport building with other employees to facilitate efficient internal communication and coordination of work.
Job Requirments
  • Diploma with at least 3 years accouting experience in SME environment.
  • A good command of English is required for verbal and written communication via calls, letters, & emails to statutory government bodies and clients.
  • Self-Starter with good ability to multitask and be meticulous
