Strong experience managing server & client infrastructures operations across Unix, Linux, Windows and Mac OS X platforms. Effectively plan, install, configure and optimise IT infrastructures to achieve high availability and performance.

Setup & Maintain systems/network optimization. Skilled problem identifier and troubleshoot comfortable managing systems and support in a range of IT environments.

• Maintain essential IT Operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware

• Assist users to troubleshoot IT problems, escalation & discuss issues with team members to identify root cause and resolve issue for users

• Maintain IT inventory of Hardware/Software/Licenses

• Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly

• Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, POS, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANS, WANs and network segments

• Ensured that all server hardware, operating systems, software and procedures aligned with organizational standards and strategic business plan

• Perform routine/schedule audits of the systems including daily backups on OB data environment, file servers & emails to ensure system availability (average 99.95% uptime)

• Working closely with Hardware & Software vendors
  

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science

• Proven work experience in IT

• Experience in problem solving skills and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery and caching

• Knowledge of MS Windows Server/MacOS

• Experienced and Knowledge in Office365, Sharepoint, Active Directory, Patch Management tool, Firewall, WAN, LAN and wireless network (e.g. VPN/DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP)

• Knowledge on NAS backup Technology (Synology/QNAP)

• Basic knowledge on Teams/Zoom/GoogleMeet Video Conferencing/Audio Conferencing

• Expertise in creating, analyzing and repairing large scale distributed systems

• Creating volumes, assigning to servers and remote replication

• Experience in Travel industry IT Infrastructre is an advantage
