Job Description
THE COMPANY Poised with solid growth plans, the company is expanding their foothold in the market. Currently, the company seeks for a Junior/Senior Software Developer to be part of their IT team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand business users\xe2\x80\x99 requirements
- Recommend software solutions to resolve users\xe2\x80\x99 request (Traders and Risk Analysts)
- Create and develop Risk Enterprise applications (Risk reporting, pricing, metrics etc.)
- Participate in other IT projects
- Work closely with other business and internal/external stakeholders e.g. IT vendor/IT team etc.
- Degree in IT/Information Security/Computer Science or any other relevant education
- For Junior role- Minimum 1 year of Software Development skills in Risk Management/Enterprise Applications (Java)
- For Senior role- Minimum 4 years of Software Development skills in Risk Management/Enterprise Applications (Java)
- Knowledge in the IT skill sets:
- SQL and relational database experience
- Development tools e.g. Gitlab, Docker, JIRA, Prometheus, Kubernetes, Artifactory, Kibana, Junit
- Cloud- Azure or AWS (Hybrid environment)
- Service oriented technologies e.g. JSON, Drop Wizard, Spring Boot, Protobuf. REST
- Web development using modern frameworks- ReactJS
- Independent, highly analytical, proactive and has good communication and interpersonal skills
