Overview
Join a dynamic digital transformation team to collaborate across departments in designing and delivering innovative Automation, Analytics, and AI solutions. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, driving data-informed decision-making, and improving user experiences through intelligent technologies.
Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units to identify challenges, define use cases, and deliver effective Automation, Analytics, and AI solutions.
• Solution Development: Build and maintain analytical models to support operations, improve efficiency, and promote collaboration.
• Capability Building: Contribute to the development of in-house analytics and automation capabilities.
• Data-Driven Insights: Conduct detailed analysis and develop intuitive dashboards to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Advanced Analytics: Apply data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques to address complex business needs.
• Model Deployment: Collaborate with technical teams to deploy models into production and monitor their performance for continuous improvement.
• Automation Platforms: Design and implement end-to-end pipelines for data processing, visualization, and machine learning. Familiarity with automation platforms is advantageous.

• Evaluate and recommend suitable tools and platforms for analytics, data mining, and machine learning initiatives.
• Support data-led transformation across departments through scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications and Requirements
Relevant Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in implementing end-to-end solutions in automation, data analytics, or AI.
• Proficiency in ETL processes using tools such as SQL, Excel, or equivalent.
• Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense, Python).
• Background in predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Office Scripts for business process automation.
• Exposure to cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI) is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
