Basic Salary: UP $3K + Incentive + VB Geylang Bahru 5/6/5/6 8am - 5pm
Your Responsibilities: -
Perform data entry, maintain records, and assist with administrative tasks. Attend to incoming calls, respond to basic enquiries, and provide professional customer support. Record customer contact details accurately and relay them to the Sales Team for follow-up. Assist families and visitors with information, guidance, and coordination of funeral-related services.
You will need: -
Min 1 years of customer service experience Open to standby after working hour
