JOB DESCRIPTION

The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year structured programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training, and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure, and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. You will be working at the Investment and/or Asset Management team of at least one of the following vehicles:

• 
  Alpha Investment Partners
• 
  Keppel Capital Alternative Asset
• 
  Keppel DC REIT
• 
  Keppel Infrastructure Trust
• 
  Keppel REIT

During the 2-year programme, you will go through at least 1 job rotation to further your exposure across Keppel Capital’s businesses in a variety of functions:
Job Rotations [Investment/Asset Management]

  Asset Management

Your job responsibilities will include:

• 
  Financial modeling and evaluate potential investment opportunities alongside the investment team from origination, due diligence to investment and monitoring
• 
  Support the development, review, and implementation of asset management strategies for portfolio of assets
• 
  Perform market research on sectors and countries including monitoring of sector and economic trends
• • Preparing papers for internal approvals, and presenting to Board and internal committees

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 
  Degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Finance or related disciplines with at least 2nd Upper Class Honours
• 
  Independent and critical thinker with exceptional analytical ability
• 
  Very hands-on and detailed-orientated, willing and able to get hands dirty, strong financial modelling skills
• 
  Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word
• 
  Excellent written and oral communication, as well as presentation and interpersonal skills
• 
  Fast learner, ability to work independently, multi-task and execute efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
