JOB DESCRIPTION

The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.This role sits within the Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) department in Keppel's Infrastructure Division. Key responsibilities: o Assist in overseeing operations and supporting maintenance for District Cooling System (DCS) plants and Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) sites o Participate in field operations and associated activities o Work closely with plant engineers and technical specialists, support the team in analysing and optimizing DCS and RCM performance o Assist the Maintenance team in troubleshooting technical issues in DCS and RCM o Contribute ideas for modifications and improvement projects, help implement solutions to resolve operational deficiencies o Aid in developing and implementing operations and maintenance procedures o Ensure adherence to operations and maintenance schedules o Plan and track maintenance activities in CMMS. o Support the submission of detailed operations reports o Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date O&M documentation o Support all internal and external audits o Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations o Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time Beyond the 2-year programme, you may look forward to enrolment into leadership programmes at Keppel should you meet the criteria. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills o Self-motivated and good team player o Experience in M&E or ACMV is an advantage o Good awareness of Environment, Health and Safety with a strong safety mindset o Alignment with Keppel's core values #L1-SL1
