JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel FM & IM is a premier asset manager in Asia, and it is the asset management arm of Keppel Corporation Limited. With assets under management of approximately S$50 billion, Keppel FM & IM has a diversified portfolio that includes real estate, infrastructure and data centre properties in key global markets. The Keppel REIT is a real estate investment trust listed on the SGX, with a portfolio of commercial assets in the prime business and financial districts pan-Asia. This role is with the Finance team of Keppel REIT. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in group consolidation and quarterly reporting for Keppel REIT, including results released to SGX. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare materials for reporting to Keppel Corporation Group and Keppel REIT Audit Committee. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in Keppel REIT Group\xe2\x80\x99s annual budgeting process, analysis of variances. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the implementation of the Yardi consolidation system and revised management reporting templates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in the financial and management accounting functions for entities under Keppel REIT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare of financial statements of entities under Keppel REIT. Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Gain a broad overview and understanding of the financial functions of a commercial office REIT, such as the reporting processes within Keppel Group and for SGX listed companies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop relevant skills regarding system implementation and data preparation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Business or Accountancy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong analytical skills.
