This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. Assist the Property Manager to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage day-to-day operations of Keppel South Central, including but not limited to arranging/coordinating visits/viewings, carrying out service recovery actions, following up on arrears, preparing management reports, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage a team of outsourced Property manager(s), property admin(s), etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in driving operation excellence and fulfil the development owner\xe2\x80\x99s property management requirements in accordance with the agreement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate/organise tenants\xe2\x80\x99 retention programme. \xe2\x80\xa2 Seek out new revenue streams for the assigned office development(s). \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and execution and tenants\xe2\x80\x99 onboarding. Work with the team to achieve the set customer satisfaction and net promoter scores. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organise programmes/initiatives/events to create a vibrant community and create signature activities/events for the assigned office developments \xe2\x80\xa2 Ad-hoc assignments e.g. new initiatives as may be reasonably requested by HQ / Head of Department from time to time Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Learning opportunities in asset operations, property and facilities management, leasing, marketing for a prime commercial building \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to Keppel Real Estate Business in asset management, operations and sustainability \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop management and leadership skills/qualities in managing outsourced service vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Gain understanding in P&L and budgeting in operating a propertyJOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently enrolling in Business, Real Estate or Project and Facilities Management \xe2\x80\xa2 Some understanding in financial modelling \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Interest and experience in social media/placemaking/events organising is highly desirable.BUSINESS SEGMENTReal EstatePLATFORMOperating Division
