This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. Support the Commercial Development team to: Test, develop and institutionalise SUR adaptive reuse and sustainable ecosystem Operationalise SUR digital initiatives, including KLIK+ and OBEM/ SUR Ops command center Administer RDIC innovation frameworks for the whole RE Division Conduct administrative support work in strategic partnership formation Monitor SUR performance and OKR tracking Develop business plans and models for any new SUR product features Learning Outcomes: Exposure to various business functions within SUR, extending to technical services, operations, sustainability and finance Learn and practice product development methodologies, and test and iterate processes Exposure to Division level innovation initiatives and governance Strategic knowledge on how to manage a complex organisation, touching stakeholders from juniors to seniorsJOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: Strong problem solving skills Initiative to learn and do what others don\'t want to learn/ do Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and research Understanding of real estate development, AEI, and operations is preferredBUSINESS SEGMENTReal EstatePLATFORMOperating Division
