This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. Support the Commercial Development team to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Test, develop and institutionalise SUR adaptive reuse and sustainable ecosystem \xe2\x80\xa2 Operationalise SUR digital initiatives, including KLIK+ and OBEM/ SUR Ops command center \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer RDIC innovation frameworks for the whole RE Division \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct administrative support work in strategic partnership formation \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor SUR performance and OKR tracking \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop business plans and models for any new SUR product features Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to various business functions within SUR, extending to technical services, operations, sustainability and finance \xe2\x80\xa2 Learn and practice product development methodologies, and test and iterate processes \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to Division level innovation initiatives and governance \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategic knowledge on how to manage a complex organisation, touching stakeholders from juniors to seniorsJOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong problem solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiative to learn and do what others don\'t want to learn/ do \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and research \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of real estate development, AEI, and operations is preferredBUSINESS SEGMENTReal EstatePLATFORMOperating Division
