This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes. The intern will be responsible in the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct market research and analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the due diligence process \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the performance of existing investments \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Gain strong understanding of data centre investment life cycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand drivers for investment decisions by assisting with research and running feasibility analyses for dealsJOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and quantitative skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interest in the data centre industry and technology trends.BUSINESS SEGMENTConnectivityPLATFORMInvestment
