This role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. Together, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes. Assist in the following areas within the finance team for Keppel REIT Group \xe2\x80\xa2 Group consolidation and quarterly reporting for Keppel REIT, including results release to SGX and internal variance analysis/reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Accounting aspects for properties and investment holding entities, including financial statements, statutory filing and daily operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Keppel REIT Group\xe2\x80\x99s annual budgeting process \xe2\x80\xa2 System implementation (if any) Learning Outcomes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Exposure to the financial functions of a commercial office REIT, including the reporting processes within Keppel Group as well as for a SGX listed companyJOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferred course of study: Accountancy/Business \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPointBUSINESS SEGMENTReal EstatePLATFORMFund Management
