This role sits within the Real Estate Division whom serves our stakeholders as an innovative urban space solutions provider that leverages technology to deliver sustainable and customer-centric solutions that enrich people and communities. It is focused in the areas of sustainable urban renewal, senior living, urban living, retail and large-scale integrated developments. The intern will be responsible in the following: 1. Learn, participate and contribute to feasibility studies and technical due diligence for properties' acquisition and asset enhancement projects. 2. Conduct research and create database for regulations and requirements in different countries for design and asset enhancement to different types of properties. 3. Digitalise current processes to reduce steps and time required to generate a good proposal and for ease of sharing and use in any countries. Learning Outcomes: 1. Exposure to feasibility studies and technical due diligence processes, full cycle of project management which include initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, closure and different regulations in different countries.JOB REQUIREMENTSJob Requirements: 1.
