The Intern will assist the team to evaluate investment opportunities in these existing markets and potentially new markets in Asia Pacific. Gain exposure to and assist the team on financial modelling for acquisitions Participate in due diligence process and preparation of investment papers, presentations or other materials Collect and analyse economic / real estate related market information and data to assist the team in evaluating potential investment opportunities JOB REQUIREMENTS General understanding of real estate / financial concepts Strong analytical and financial modelling skills Learning outcomes Create / complete financial modelling for investment opportunities Perform market and financial analysis of investment opportunities BUSINESS UNIT Keppel Capital
