Job Description

Support talent acquisition programmes to position the company as a great place to work. Assist in leveraging recruitment analytics and reporting for continuous improvement. Assist in supporting the adoption and utilization of the talent tool. Assist in the implementation of talent development initiatives, including development programs, skills gap assessments, and other strategic talent projects. Assist in programme administration, coordination, and support. Assist in performance review process support including preparation of communication materials and guides. Assist in linking performance outcome to recognition programmes and development opportunities, track follow up actions for continuous improvement. Support the collection and organisation of performance data across teams and functions. Assist in analysing performance metric and trends for improvement. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Passionate about people development and eager to learn. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
