Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. They are looking for a Key Account Assistant Manager (Sales) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute sales plans to achieve individual and team targets in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) energy segment
Build and manage strong relationships with key C&I clients and prospects, ensuring regular engagement and account servicing
Collaborate cross-functionally to propose pricing strategies and develop customised electricity packages
Identify new business opportunities and support product development for strategic growth
Gather competitor intelligence on pricing, products, and market trends to support positioning
Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and accurate documentation for contracts, deposits, and approvals
Requirements:
Degree in any field / Diploma holders with minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience will be considered
3-5 years of account management experience in the commercial or industrial energy sector
Prior leadership and power industry experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with proven ability to interpret contracts, pricing, and technical documents
Analytical, adaptable, and sales-driven
Clear ability to manage change and solve problems logically
