• Role: Assistant Sales Manager x 1
• Industry: Floral & Landscaping Service Provider
• 5 Working Days, Weekend & PH OFF
• 4 Days 8am-6pm, 1 Day 9am-6pm
• Basic Salary: $3,500 - $3,800 + 14 Days AL
• Sales Incentives ( $300-$900 Per Month After Probation)
• Transport Allowance (If Has Car) + Yearly Performance Bonus
• Location: Near to Bedok MRT , Singapore

Summary: * Your role involves actively seeking new business prospects to meet sales objectives and expanding our client base.

• Additionally, you will cultivate and strengthen connections with new and existing clients, comprehensively understanding their requirements, offering tailored solutions, and introducing new or alternative products to address their needs.
• You will work closely with the sales team, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities for potential and existing clients.
• You will play a crucial role maintaining long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue from new and existing clients, for the company.

Job Requirements: * Degree or Diploma in any related field

• At least 2 years of experience holding a leadership role in Sales roles
• Comfortable in using systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Fine for site visit with clients, with or without own vehicle is fine, transport expenses can be reimbursed.

Duties and Responsibilities:1. Account & Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.Managing new and existing client accounts.Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.2. Sales Target Achievements:Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targetsAdditionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customersNegotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.3. Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.Share insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.4.
