Job Scope
- Manage accounts - handling enquiries and complaints
- Ensure smooth operations
- Establish Service KPIs
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvements
- Manage and lead the implementation of new projects
- Manage P&L of assigned accounts
- Diploma/Degree in Logistics or equivalent
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in logistics/supply chain
- Experience in leading a team would be an added advantage
