Job Description

Location: Senoko SouthSalary: Basic $3000 - $3500 + Sales Incentive + Transport allowancesWorking days: Monday - FridayWorking Hours: 7.30am -5pm / 8am-5.30pm / 8.30am-6pm (Can choose)Job ResponsibilitiesAccount Management

• Accountable for the Key Account sales performance in line with agreed and annual sales budget and performance.
• Accountable for developing and maintaining effective working relationship with account at HQ Level.
• Liaise with Key Account's buyers for updates, promotional activation, and periodic reviews.
• Plan, execute, evaluate promotion with objective of optimizing cost, sales, and volume effectiveness.
• Manage the promotion spend within the budgeted funds.
• Prepare, plan, monitor and manage promotion calendar activities and trade expenses in line with business, brand strategy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, Logistics, Purchasing team etc) to resolve supply chain, customer service and marketing issues etc related to retailer's activities.

Sales Operation Management

• Manage and guide the Sales Executive in managing the Sales Team operational effectiveness.
• Ensure that Sales Executive provide updates on promotions activation and display guides in the stores with sales team through monthly internal Sales meeting together.
• Conduct monthly meeting with sales team to provide updates on forward promotional activities and related matters.
• Product/Promotion Submission.
• Responsible for product promotion proposal submission, negotiation, and execution.

Job Requirements:

• Must have key account experience in FMCG industry.
• With experience in handling account like Guardian, 7-Eleven, Cold Storage or other supermarket chain is preferred.
• Transport allowance with be provided if have own transport, otherwise transport fee will be claimable.
