Job Title: Key Account Executive (HORECA/ FMCG/ West)
Job Hours: 5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Location: Jurong East

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage key accounts within the HORECA/FMCG sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions
• Drive sales growth by cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new products/services
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
• Continuously seek opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven track record in sales, key account management, or business development
• Experience in the HORECA/FMCG industry is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving results
