5 Working Days & working hours 8am to 6pm (Mon - Thus) 8am to 5pm (Friday)

Salary: $2,800 to $3,200/month

Work Location: 21 Pandan Avenue (Clementi-West Coast)

Responsibilities

-Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.

-Develop account strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account potential.

-Prepare regular account reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management and clients.

-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet client needs (maximise product availability & minimize OOS in trade)

-Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities.

-Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

-Provide feedback and insights to internal teams for continuous improvement of products and services.

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

-Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

-Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in sales, account management, or a related field (experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage).

-Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

-Proficient in English and Chinese

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with good attention to detail.

-Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

-Possess good knowledge of Microsoft office
