Adecco is partnering with a Singapore-HQ company led by industry veterans with extensive experience in shipping, logistics, and freight forwarding. We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join their business!
Responsible for the order fulfilment process, which includes handling point of sales enquiries, order processing, shipment and delivery of orders to customers. This involves providing assistance and liaising with customers, destination/origin port operators, and customs to plan and track shipments and ensure goods are cleared through customs.

• Permanent, Full-time opportunity
• Location: Central region, Red Hill
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary: up to $3800 basic

The Job

• Attend and handle customers' enquiries/ complaints based on sales/customer management knowledge.
• Source and gather tariff, rates, costs and/or quotations from agents/vendors/carriers/airlines and perform data entry.
• Advise customers on tariff/rate/cost/quotation requirements and eligibility.
• Understand and analyse customer logistics service needs to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Perform data entry for freight services.
• Manage the complete documentation for shipping consolidation activities, transshipment and transloading operations and specialised cargo in a timely manner.
• Manage the complete documentation checks in accordance with internal SOPs, government regulatory requirements and legislations to identify non-compliance.

The Talent

• Min 3 years of working experience in the logistics / freight forwarding industry.
• Able to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
